All items displayed and sold must be in good taste. Any items or displays found objectionable to the Ovid Carriage Days Committee must be removed from the premises as this is a family event. As a crafter/vendor you are committing to the entire day. Where you are located will not enable you to check out early without disrupting the main stage flow and seating as well as other vendors. So be aware that you will not be able to close down early. Our show will be advertised and promoted using local newspapers, printed brochures, social media and signs distributed around our community and the state.
No refunds will be given. Once you have paid and signed the contract, your payment will be considered a donation to Ovid Carriage Days.

The Ovid Carriage Days committee assumes no liability for loss or damage to any property of the exhibitor’s, due to acts of God, fire, civil disturbances, vandalism, or any other acts. Exhibitor further agrees to hold and save said Ovid Carriage Days or the City of Ovid, harmless from suit or civil action to recover damage or loss of other persons’ property brought to or upon the grounds, said loss or damage occurring as a result of, or in connection with the organization and conduct of this exhibit. You may be asked to sign a waiver for the above reasons. If you carry an insurance rider for your exhibit, please bring or send us a copy of that rider for our records. Exhibitor agrees to leave the premises and property in the same condition as it was found.
