BOOTH SIZE:
10’x10’ all booths are outdoors and on pavement. You must provide your own tables and electrical cords if you need electricity. There is limited availability on electricity (first paid reservation, first serve). No shelters are provided. No stakes can be driven into the pavement. Be prepared with weights (water bottles or sandbags) to tie down your shelter.

You are welcome to request to be located next to another vendor, however that is not guaranteed. If you want to reserve space next to each other, please turn in your paid applications at the same time if possible. And provide correct name.
The above form is an application for our annual show. Crafters, commercial vendors and businesses are invited; depending on the company used for the carnival, we may or may not be allowed to use food vendors. Please fill out an application regardless. All spaces will be held with a signed paid application. AAll applications & payments are due no later t han July 31st. 2024.
All items displayed and sold must be in good taste. Any items or displays found objectionable to the Ovid Carriage Days Committee must be removed from the premises as this is a family event. As a crafter/vendor you are committing to the entire day. Where you are located will not enable you to check out early without disrupting the main stage flow and seating as well as other vendors. So be aware that you will not be able to close down early. Our show will be advertised and promoted using local newspapers, printed brochures, social media and signs distributed around our community and the state.
No refunds will be given. Once you have paid and signed the contract, your payment will be considered a donation to Ovid Carriage Days.
The Ovid Carriage Days Committee will not be held responsible for any injuries or loss that may occur to the renters, exhibitors, their employees, volunteers or to product from any cause while on show premises under this agreement. The Ovid Carriage Days committee assumes no liability for loss or damage to any property of the exhibitor’s, due to acts of God, fire, civil disturbances, vandalism, or any other acts. Exhibitor further agrees to hold and save said Ovid Carriage Days or the City of Ovid, harmless from suit or civil action to recover damage or loss of other persons’ property brought to or upon the grounds, said loss or damage occurring as a result of, or in connection with the organization and conduct of this exhibit. You may be asked to sign a waiver for the above reasons. If you carry an insurance rider for your exhibit, please bring or send us a copy of that rider for our records. Exhibitor agrees to leave the premises and property in the same condition as it was found. Violations of the rules of the Ovid Carriage Days by the exhibitor shall cause this agreement to become void and may be terminated by the Ovid Carriage Days Committee. Local law enforcement will be available to police the grounds.

Ovid Carriage Days has been an important event since 1993. Organized by volunteers, it has provided community engagement, opportunities, and is the hallmark end of summer event for the surrounding area.
